We’re a small but mighty team and are able to ship once a week - you can typically expect your order to be processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that certain pieces are made to order or may be out of stock and can result in extended delivery time. We will make every effort to communicate with you as soon as possible regarding any potential shipping delays due to staffing shortages or other issues.
As a small team, we currently don’t have the capacity to process returns with the exception of items that have preexisting defects or damage as per the section below. If you are facing an unexpected sizing issue, we will accept in-stock size exchanges for up to 72 hours after items are received/delivered. For sizing exchanges where the desired exchange size is out of stock, customers can choose a replacement item of the same value, or be issued store credit. Exchange returns must be sent prepaid. We recommend USPS First Class, with tracking.
Items sent to us without prior confirmation of the correct return address from our team may result in a delayed return/exchange process.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale, special, promo code, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. However, the sizing exchange policy still applies to these items as well.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact customerservice@bingbangnyc.com for a prepaid return label. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund - all items are inspected before shipment for defects and damage. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt by emailing Customer Service. We currently do not have the facilities to accept repair requests.
