We provide a six-month warranty on all of our jewelry from the date of order placement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear occurring from normal use. Whether your item falls under our policy will be assessed on a case by case basis by our customer support team. It is your responsibility to ship and insure your jewelry; Bing Bang NYC will return your piece once replaced or repaired.
